Job Description

relationOur client is a leading power generation company in Singapore. They are looking for a Customer Care Officer to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.





Responsibilities:



Provide responsive and accurate customer service via hotline, email, and online platforms Handle day-to-day account servicing across Residential, SME, and Tenant segments Support internal initiatives to enhance digital platforms and service workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries efficiently Maintain detailed and accurate records in line with company standards Contribute to broader customer-centric projects aligned with company goals

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office Familiarity with CRM or ERP is a plus Prior experience or knowledge of relevant industries is advantageous
