Customer Care Reception (ref: 106)

  • Performs receptionist tasks such as greeting customers, scheduling of appointments, handling queries & complains via phone, email or general correspondence.
  • Managing office supplies such as dental products, stationery, equipment and furniture
  • Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
  • Submission of dental claims vis CHAS, Medisave and Dental Insurance portals.
  • Administrative duties such as maintaining clinic records, fill out clinic forms, and file timely reports.

Requirement:
  • Knowledge of dental clinic procedures and notations. (Training will be provided)
  • Exceptional telephone etiquet
  • Candidate with Sales experience or with great customer service experience are welcome to apply
