Performs receptionist tasks such as greeting customers, scheduling of appointments, handling queries & complains via phone, email or general correspondence.
Maintaining a high degree of patient care at the clinic, ensuring that patients have the best experience possible
Managing office supplies such as dental products, stationery, equipment and furniture
Ensure clinic operations run smoothly. Liaise with with appropriate vendors/department to resolve any issues
Submission of dental claims vis CHAS, Medisave and Dental Insurance portals.
Administrative duties such as maintaining clinic records, fill out clinic forms, and file timely reports.
Requirement:
Experience in customer service or reception duties
Demonstrates good communication skills
Applicants with no experience working in dental clinic operations but are willing to learn are welcome to apply
