Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Care Representative (Vehicle Breakdown):Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily vehicle detailing operations, including the delivery of open rentals, replacement vehicles, and the return of rental vehicles, ensuring professionalism at all times.
• Issue replacement vehicles when necessary; in cases where a replacement is not available, coordinate with the traffic team to arrange alternate transportation, such as a colleagues pickup or taxi service.
• Perform rotational breakdown vehicle duties and carry out on-site repairs, including minor tasks such as replacing tires and batteries.
• Carry out ad-hoc detailing tasks as assigned.
• Attend job training as provided to improve skills and operational knowledge.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Capable of performing basic repairs, including changing tires and jump-starting vehicles.
• Willingness to work rotational 24/7 breakdown shift duties.
• Relevant experience in the car rental industry is advantageous.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Basic Up to $1,750 + Allowance + Trip Incentive + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Working Location: Bukit Merah
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM / Alternate Saturday: 08:30 AM - 12:30 PM

• Basic $1,750
• HP Allowance: $40
• 24HR Breakdown Allowance: $200
• Performance Allowance: $100 (if no customer complaint)
• OT is required occasionally
• Incentives Applicable: predecessor about 1k-2k incentives
• (*Trip incentive $2 per job for normal detailing)
• Gross will be about $3,000 - 5,000+
• Eligible for June bonus (1-2 months) + December bonus (1 month)

• GBCR Office Location / Interview Location: 10 Raeburn Park, #02-01, Singapore 088702 (Free shuttle bus provided to and from Outram Park MRT from 7.30 am to 10 am, and 5.15 pm to 8 pm on weekdays.)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM / Alternate Saturday: 08:30 AM - 12:30 PM
• Flexi Dollars: $700 / year
• Annual Leave: 7 days for 1st year of service.
• SC/PR/Open race/male only
• MUST HAVE CLASS 3 DRIVING LICENSE
