Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: Position is responsible for the day-to-day requirements of shipments through proper handling, accurate information and up-to-date feedback to customers to maintain good business relationship.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles customer's requirements and bookings from acceptance of shipment until cargo arrival or delivery to ultimate destination
- Coordinates with airlines, shipping lines, trucking and other service providers and establish mutually beneficial working relationship
- Provides service satisfaction to external customers through complete, accurate and timely updates and/or status of the shipments
- Monitors cost of the transaction and communicates to concerned parties any deviation or irregularity
- Advises and ensures payment for terminal, arrastre, wharfage, and other charges
- Knowledge in freight forwarding, customs operations, international shipping and routing
- Interpersonal relationship

- Must be a college graduate preferably Customs Administration
- With at least two-year experience in international freight forwarding
