Be the friendly face that welcomes customers and assists with vehicle check-ins. Recommend repair and maintenance solutions with professionalism and care. Handle documentation for costing, claims, and vehicle history. Manage workshop operations and lead a team of service advisors. Ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships. Answer customer inquiries via phone and in person. Support your manager with ad-hoc duties.
Who We're Looking For:
Minimum
3 years of face-to-face customer service experience
. Background inretail or restaurant management
is welcome! Diploma holders preferred. Bonus if you havetechnical knowledge of vehicle repairs
ortroubleshooting experience
. Proficient inMicrosoft Word and Excel
. Willing to workhalf-day Saturdays
