Montrosa is an exciting start-up in the construction industry, supplying retrofit double glazing to existing windows to reduce noise transmission and increase energy efficiency with our exclusive Magnetite Retrofit Double Glazing system.
The customer relationship from first enquiry to after sales service at Montrosa is in one hand. The Customer Champion engages, advises, quotes and organises all steps from initial reply to our customers, throughout quotation, arranging of check-measures, to installation and after sales service. The Customer Champion is our virtual face to the client, the Single Point of Contact and client champion. This remote or hybrid full-time position (40hrs/week) would be a perfect fit for an experienced Customer Service Professional who wants to get back into the game after a break, wants to work from home, and is comfortable operating independently.
Customer Champion Job Responsibilities:
Establish customer relationship by responding to inquiries (WhatsApp, email, phone); documenting actions in CRM system.
Advise clients on suitable solutions for standard cases, provide information through pictures and videos to demonstrate how the product works and ensure client understands it is an add-on product. Issue measuring guide. Engage Solution Expert for non-standard cases.
Give estimate quotation to clients, schedule on-site check measurements, deploy Measuring Team or Solution Expert and keep close communication with client and teams regarding changes in quote.
Send final quote and follow up with clients, send invoice for down payment.
Arrange installation time, book installation team and follow up with client before installation to ensure management offices have been informed.
Organise onsite service and warranty calls if requested by clients.
Own the customer relationship, be a champion for the client and take the decisions that are necessary to ensure customer happiness.
Coordinate work with Admin Assistant, Sales and Operations Team
Customer Champion Qualifications / Skills:
Great communication skills virtually and on the phone
Experience in a Customer Service or Sales role
Excellent English
Self-motivated and self-disciplined during remote work
Service orientated and having the desire to deliver excellence to the customer
Comfortable working with different technologies (apps, smartphone, laptop)
Interest in a technical product
Collaborative and team player
Excited to work in a start-up environment and willing to make decisions
Work hours
This is a full-time position with working hours 9am to 6pm with 1 hr lunch break.
Working from home (hybrid or work from an office possible, too)
14 days annual leave
Salary
Salary range 2500 SGD - 3800 SGD according to experience. Full training given.
