Danfoss is looking for a high caliber candidate who not only has the operational experience but who can think and plan strategically. The job holder will be responsible to position the Claim Handling in the South East Asia region in harmony together with all Divisions/BU\'s and the global Claim Handling Organization. You will report to the Manager Customer Claim Handling - APA, directly.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Contribute to monitoring and registering the customer complaints and support customers with analysis and administration activities.
• Hands on practice (Assembly & Disassembly of components), analyzing the failure reason and preparing the first layer inspection report.
• Support customers for component having Non-Conformance regarding Quality issues by raising request to respective plant and follow-up with BU\'s for Root cause analysis and Corrective Action implementation in 8-D form and verifying the 8\'D report for effectiveness of corrective action taken.
• Field visit for troubleshooting the failure by reviewing and pressure mapping the system & application.
• Testing of components and maintaining the test rigs and Equipment being used in the workshop.
• Close Co-Operation with Sales and Application team and make a specific approach of claim handling in all the different customer segments.
• We expect a high contribution to adjust the global process in SEA Claim Handling Organization in close cooperation with the global Claim Handling Organization.
• Permanent Improvement of the Claim Handling Micro Process in South East Asia region and align with the global CCH Macro Process.
• Follow and maintain to ISO Quality Management Systems and IATF 16949 compliances. Participate in internal/External Audit for IATF 16949.
• Maintain the BizSafe certification, review risk assessment and safe work procedure and conduct the inspection of workspace.
• Willing to travel abroad.

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• Diploma/Bachelor/Master\'s degree in engineering.
• Total years of experience: 5~8 years.
• With 5+ years experience in Hydraulics (Mobile/Industrial Hydraulics).
• Possess strong relationship management, analytical & communication skills.
• Professional English language skills (both in writing and verbally).
• Knowledge in SAP-ERP Modules & Material Information Systems, MS Office Packages like MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint Presentations.
• Experience of operating in a matrix organization.
• Customer oriented way of working and should have strong organizational skills and self-driven personality.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
• Multi tasking within demanding timelines and an occasionally stressful environment.
• Strategic thinking, demonstrating the effective evaluation and problem-solving skills, team player.
