Key Responsibilities: Act as customers' representative & serve as main contact point for customers Promote and propose Service Solutions & chiller maintenance contract to building consultants and contractors Actively identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with new customers Responsible for developing long term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention Resolves customer complaints through investigation and make recommendation to customers Any other relevant job assignment from times to times Key Requirements: Diploma/ Degree in in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent Customer driven and willing to learn new options/ offerings to fulfil customers' requirements Knowledge in HVAC system, Chiller Plant, Airside, Energy Services and Building Services will be an added advantage Experience in sales Experience as consultant, ESCO, engineer are valued ability to earn trust from customers Those without prior experience but interested to join this line is welcomed Additional Information Location: West Working Days: Monday to Friday HOW TO APPLY: Simply submit your application with your updated Resume in MS Word Format to Elsa Adam (EA Personnel Reg.
