Creating a world where we all have more time with the people we love.That\xe2\x80\x99s what makes us Roche.As the Customer Data & Insights Partner for Singapore Pharma team, you play a key role in managing and analyzing customer data to enable insights generation towards data & insight-driven decision-making, and strategies and improve understanding of customers for an impactful personalized approach in delivering meaningful customer experience towards achieving the affiliate\xe2\x80\x99s vision.You will be:Developing and implementing data collection strategies to capture customer information across various touchpoints.Ensuring high-quality data - accuracy, completeness, and consistency by conducting regular data validation and quality checks.The system/ solution product owner for data management systems and tools - collaborate with solution & technical teams to implement and maintain robust data management systems and tools to stay updated with data privacy regulations and ensure compliance in handling customer data.The system/ solution product owner for CRM and relevant solutions/ platforms in enabling data-driven insights, decision-making, tactics & strategies.Enabling customer data analysis using statistical methods and data visualization techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Developing and maintaining customer segmentation models to support targeted customer engagement campaigns and personalized customer experiences to enhance customer satisfaction toward business outcomes by implementing data-driven strategies.Collaborating with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to track customer behavior and business performance; Partnering with the business stakeholders in developing and conducting impactful market research to enable business outcomes.Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline data management and analysis workflows, able to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer data management and analysis.Who you areHold a Bachelor\'s Degree and ideally with above 3 years of experience having extensive data handling experience; brings a deep understanding of data integrity and management with OCE/ Salesforce suite of solutions preferred.Demonstrate passion and experience to drive and shape the analytics and insight generation and able to drive quality decision making and add value to the activities and investments we make.A system thinker who can \xe2\x80\x98connect the dots\xe2\x80\x99, and tap on strategic thinking and commercial acumen to generate insights to support business strategies.Demonstrate passion and leadership skills by holding robust conversations with stakeholders to ensure insights have maximum impact and are utilized by the affiliate.Who we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
