About the job
We want to fill this position with an extremely commercial enthusiast who shares our vision of “creating a better everyday life for the many people”. You will take on an important role to lead and continuously develop the loyalty programs in IKEA and secure a high level of performance across member lifecycle in all of our markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Mexico and new markets). Your assignment

  • Lead and develop the strategic direction for IKEA Family and other loyalty programs for Ikano Retail markets across the different communication and selling channels.
  • To drive the growth, execution, and optimisation of the different loyalty programs across all Ikano Retail markets & functions by continuously improving the way we acquire, engage with and retain the IKEA customers.
  • Identify the opportunities to improve loyalty and marketing capabilities, and partner with Ikano Retail functions and CBF in the co-development.
  • By using data and insights, develop a strategic approach to deliver development initiatives, tools and methods used to unleash across the markets our potential in customer activation, reactivation and retention.
  • Enrich and gather across departments customer data and insight to develop with customer segmentation and analytics models a deep, data-driven understanding of customer mindsets, behaviours to increase the engagement and purchase propensity, drive traffic to online and offline stores and positively influence member behaviours throughout the customer lifecycles.
  • Lead and build a strong performing team of CRM specialists in Ikano Retail who are perceived as reliable, knowledgeable and supportive business partners towards the relevant functions in the markets.
  • Responsible for monitoring Personal Data Protection Act regulations in respect to members’ data for the loyalty programmes; and working with the organisation’s Data Protection Officer, IT Compliance Officer and Risk & Compliance department to set up processes and ensure compliance.


Qualifications
Your profile
  • A subject matter expert in direct and targeted marketing, from segmentation of database, to automated campaign journey, keeping in mind both business objectives and customer experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present analysis is a clear, simple & engaging way.
  • Experienced in budget control and management.
  • Strong collaboration capability – working across Ikano Retail, Country or individually with a store to support competence development plans.
  • Passionate about creating an IKEA fit for the multichannel-retailing future and living the change process that comes with it.
  • Inspirational in how you communicate and engage others in your plans.
  • At least 8 years Loyalty and CRM experience earned in leadership & management roles.
  • Share the IKEA values.
