We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Customer Proposition, Assistant Manager/Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Support VP, Customer proposition with the overall development of innovative & meaningful customer propositions to deliver various business objectives (e.g. for customer acquisition / leads gen, branding, cross-up sell etc.)
for all distribution channels (i.e. Bank, Agency) * Carry out competitive and segmentation analysis within the insurance/banking industry, and be data-driven in assessing opportunities and targeting
  • Co-own multiple work streams of customer engagement & loyalty initiatives & programs in HSBC Life
  • Design and learn from experiments to improve the performance of tactical customer lifecycle management campaigns/initiatives, and use data to optimize and formulate better plans
Requirements

Requirements
  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • Life insurance sales & distribution/marketing experience is highly advantageous
  • 3 years of experience in developing customer value propositions and/or customer segmentation strategies
  • Excellent Project management experience - able to juggle multiple work streams and collaborators
  • Independent self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills to engage multiple stakeholders
  • Energetic Team Player
