PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (sample only)The position holder shall undertake the following functions: Creates rapport and forges good relationships with the customers by establishing herself as the customer ally and personal link to ACM Builds trust, confidence, and goodwill with the customers to create a happy and favorable customer experience throughout the customer's journey, from the credit interview to turnover of the unit and experience as homeowner Coordinates the resolution of customer's concerns with the different departments within the organization Monitors customer satisfaction and complaints and creates reports to be cascaded to different departments for action Proactively gathers feedback and information from all customer touch points.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM BACKGROUND REQUIREMENT
