Customer Engagement Executive

• Location: Kovan
• Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)

Working time: 7.30 to 5.15pm or 8.30 to 6.15pm or 9.30 to 7.15pm * Salary: $3,000 - $4,000Key Responsibilities:1. Administration of music schools operation, both direct and satellite centers.
2. School fee payment control including accounts receivable monitoring and all GIRO process.
3. Update and maintain school management system (ERP) records, including fees, course codes etc.
4. General office administrative support at Head Office.
5. On site customer engagement service support at branches
6. On site branch level activities support, including open house, trial lessons etc
7. Perform any adhoc duties or projects as assigned.Requirements:1. Minimum diploma in media marketing or related field
