Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a Customer Engagement Lead based in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to part of a dynamic and fast paced environment. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers to provide guidance and support as they work through their initial service readiness activities. You will work with multiple business units to develop the right support for the airlines, and manage those services through the airlines service ready phases. Successful candidates will have demonstrated their program management skills, excellent customer service, communication and work with minimal direction in a highly complex environment. Some travel is expected to support business in customer meetings and industry events such as conferences and trade shows.
Proactively meet and greet customers based on information received from various internal and external sources.
Captures and documents general information related to customer business, culture, issues and concerns, requirements, and economic and environmental influences by using external resources.
Be the single point of contact for customers to guide them through the introductory processes; including getting the necessary contracts in place, completion of surveys/forms, accessing Boeing systems and learning how to navigate through Boeing support organizations.
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with airline customers, internal stakeholders (including sales teams, customer support, etc.), peers and partners.
Assist in the development of essential and customer specific support based on customer unique requirements and schedules.
Work across multiple business units, develop project plans, monitor status, communicate and track support services, and manage issues and risks.
Assist in the preparation of management review materials, internal presentations and supporting material.
Must have excellent communication skills, a customer service mindset, and collaborative/networking skill.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher
At least 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in commercial airline or aviation domain require
Deep knowledge of the eco system of the commercial airline / aviation industry
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
Proven track record in program management
Strong analytical skills with data analysis capability
Good communications and interpersonal skills
Service and customer oriented
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
