Product Supply APAC Sustainability and Engagement Lead

The Product Supply APAC Sustainability and Engagement Lead is responsible to lead and coordinate overall PS-APAC Sustainability vision and strategy definition as well as operationalizing this for each PS function, lead and coordinate PS-APAC Community Engagement initiatives and lead management support to Product Supply leadership team.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to drive process for implementing overall PS-APAC Sustainability vision in alignment with global PS as well as PS KPIs and prioritizing projects to support this
• Coordination and implementation of selected strategic projects (Incl. scorecard tracking)
• Partners with project management functions of other key business units (e.g., Commercial, IT) to ensure broad alignment and exchange
• Responsible for overarching PS-APAC community management (e.g., connecting diverse communities, divisions)
• Drives talent development in Projects & Communications space; prepares talents for rotations across PS department
• Leads and coordinates PS APAC LT events

WHO YOU ARE:

• Relevant University degree or equivalent
• 10 years of experience in various technical areas with increasing responsibilities
• 2+ years\' experience in driving sustainability initiatives
• Strong motivation and experience leading cross-functional/cross-cultural teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
