They may also have to handle the Activation and Retention of Credit Cards for consumers. Job Details: Basic Salary: Starting base salary is from $2,000, up to $2,200 for candidates with relevant experience. Monthly Commission Payout Structure: The incentive's payout ranges from $1,000 - $6,000 subject to the monthly threshold. (Has the potential to earn more than $8,000 gross monthly subject to incentives tiers and performance.) Monday - Friday: 9AM to 6.30PM (Inclusive of 1 hour Lunch Break / Able to claim OT) Location: Novena Responsibilities: Handling customer queries such as Penalty Fees, Annual Fees or Banking needs Cross-sell Unsecured Retail Banking Products via Inbound / Outbound Calls. Recommend and persuade customers with regard to unsecured retail banking products. To follow up on income documents and any other relevant documents required for application submission.
