Technical Skills – Solution Area: Modern Work (Modern Work (O365, Teams, SfB) Role Specifics:

• Aligned to the Modern Work solution area in the Singapore customer success team, catering to skills and solutions in Microsoft 365.

• Mandatory knowledge in any 3 workloads in Microsoft 365

• Experience in SCCM, Microsoft Sharepoint or Microsoft Unified Communications (Skype for Business) will be an added advantage

• Show interest and aptitude to pick up new Microsoft 365 workloads as per the business requirements

• Focused on delivering proactive services such as education workshops, delivering assessments and providing expert guidance

• Join a highly motivated team of leading industry experts

• Preview new technology before others in the industry and learn how to make the best from it

• Visit customers to train them and share industry and development expertise
