Role Specifics:
Aligned to the Modern Work solution area in the Singapore customer success team, catering to skills and solutions in Microsoft 365.
Mandatory knowledge in any 3 workloads in Microsoft 365
Experience in SCCM, Microsoft Sharepoint or Microsoft Unified Communications (Skype for Business) will be an added advantage
Show interest and aptitude to pick up new Microsoft 365 workloads as per the business requirements
Role Requirements:
Focused on delivering proactive services such as education workshops, delivering assessments and providing expert guidance
