Job Description


Be a part of the Marketing team where you will be responsible for driving positive customer experiences and planning 360 marketing communication campaigns to retain customer database by working closely with Sales and Aftersales departments, as well as the creative and media agencies.

Your tasks:

Planning Development and Execution

  • Plan and execute initiatives that drives positive customer experience, satisfaction and brand loyalty across all digital and physical touchpoints to create a seamless channel integration
  • Support the Aftersales department via retail marketing strategies & communications to develop strong presence of Aftersales services and impressions
  • Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing Aftersales enquiries and feedback from customers by partnering closely with the Sales and Aftersales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Lead the development of market research and collaboration plans to continuously improve on Aftersales experience and excitement for customers and prospects
  • Forecast and track marketing expenditure and overall department budget
Campaign/Activities/Event Management
  • Lead and monitor Aftersales marketing campaigns
  • Create and manage timelines and reports
  • Plan and organise customers events in the showroom to drive traffic for Sales and Aftersales, depending on objective of event
  • Propose key performance indicators for all communications activities, analyse and manage post-campaign evaluation
  • Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting budget requirements, scheduling expenditures and analysing variance
Product literature and materials management
  • Responsible for Aftersales content management, communication and brand positioning on brand websites, VW & Skoda mobile applications, customer e-newsletters, Google Business, META, TikTok, etc.
  • Conceptualise and lead the production of POS material and merchandise (sales brochures, price lists, product standees, display materials, etc)
Your skills:
  • Degree in Marketing or Communications, or related fields
  • minimum 3 years\' of experience in a similar role is a must
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM Systems
  • Knowledge of automotive industry preferred
  • Meticulous, good interpersonal and communications skills
  • High level of independence and initiative
  • Prior experience in digital and traditional advertising, events, media planning and budgeting required
  • A valid Class 3 driving license will be advantageous
