Customer Experience Associate

What You'll Do
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via calls, emails and chat
Support onboarding, scheduling and general service requests
Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems
Collaborate with the team to resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Collect customer feedback to help enhance the overall experience
