Your Role: Where You'll Make a Difference
Drive Student Success
Be the first point of contact for parents and students. Understand their needs, share the transformative impact of our programmes, and coordinate consultations with our academic team.
Master Centre Operations
Take full ownership of the centre's day-to-day operations -- from managing student records and handling payments accurately to ensuring that the learning environment is well-organised and welcoming.
Build Meaningful Relationships
Be the bridge between parents, students, and teachers -- providing thoughtful, professional support in both
English and Mandarin
. Your empathy and communication will help families feel confident and cared for.
Champion Improvement
We value initiative. You'll have the opportunity to identify gaps, propose solutions, and help us continuously enhance the student and parent experience.
What We're Looking For
Minimum
Diploma qualification,
has
experience
in customer-facing, administrative, or operational roles.
Excellent command of
English and Mandarin
(both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and a proactive mindset.
Warm, professional demeanour with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools to streamline work.
(Preferred) Experience in education or customer service with a genuine passion for helping others grow.
