CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EXECUTIVE
Buy Now Pay Later Financial company
Salary Package: PHP 21,000 (18k basic + 2k non tax allowance)
Location: Eastwood, Quezon CityMinimum Qualifications:- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate (K-12)
- BPO experience is not required Experience in Collections/Financial Background is an advantage
- High-level communication skills
- Flexible with working days and happy to be slotted into a rotating roster
- Amenable to reporting onsite
- Undergraduate college degree may be considered
- Experience with call center environment in handling customer voice interactions (preferred)
- Travel Industry exposure is preferred, but not required
- Must be willing to be on mostly US hours and shifting hours.
- Service-driven individual with proven work experience in a customer service environment
- Providing positive customer experience as well as effective verbal and written communication skills, including effective email writing
- Able to work autonomously but able to recognize when additional support is needed on handling customer interactions and transactions
- Intensely immersed in navigating different systems and knowledgebase
- High-level communication skills both oral and written
- Competent in the use of MS products/ Google and call center tools
- Able to quickly build rapport and gain trust
- Approachable, confident, and competent phone manner
- Meticulous attention to detail. A multi-tasker with experience working across multiple channels
- Process-driven but a nimble learner with the ability to adapt quickly when circumstances require it
- Analytical and has a keen ability to solve problems
