We are a new and fast growing company that supports innovative and exiting new project. We are looking for people who like to talk to customers on the phone and want to be a part of a warm and friendly environment.

Training will be provided and job is a 5 day week (Mon-Fri) with office hours that are 9am-6pm.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and pays up to $2500


Conduct outbond calls to customers to assist and updated customers. Maintain a high level of customer care and satisfaction with good and professional communication skills


Job Responsibilities Respond promptly to and record details of customer enquiries Handle and resolve issues raised by customers and record details of actions taken Escalate requests and unresolved issues to management


Requirements GCE \'N\' / \'O\' Level/ Diploma holders Good written and verbal communication Energetic,customer-centric oriented and positive mindset Enjoy interacting with internal and external partners


Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $1750.00 - $2500.00 per month
