Understand customer\'s needs and expectation to achieve customer\'s satisfaction
Attend to customer\'s requests, such as: Membership application, Rewards redemption, hotels, restaurants or attraction\'s reservation, and amendment, limousines, and more
Possess good knowledge in company\'s campaigns, and promotions to advise customer
Collect feedback from customers to improve customer\'s experience and satisfaction
Adhere to standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Business or Marketing related field
Minimum 1 year of working experience in Hospitality or Customer Service-related role
Excellent communication skills, service-oriented
Ability to work in fast-paced environment, independent
Other Information:
Location: Sentosa
5 days work week, Rotating shift
Salary up to $3500 (depends on experience) + Allowance + Bonus
