Customer Experience Executive (leading Hospitality Group)

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand customer\'s needs and expectation to achieve customer\'s satisfaction
- Attend to customer\'s requests, such as: Membership application, Rewards redemption, hotels, restaurants or attraction\'s reservation, and amendment, limousines, and more
- Possess good knowledge in company\'s campaigns, and promotions to advise customer
- Collect feedback from customers to improve customer\'s experience and satisfaction
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
- Diploma in Business or Marketing related field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Hospitality or Customer Service-related role
- Excellent communication skills, service-oriented
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, independent
- Location: Sentosa
- 5 days work week, Rotating shift
- Salary up to $3500 (depends on experience) + Allowance + Bonus
- Opportunity to join established Hospitality group
