Key Responsibilities:
Explore and implement tools to increase touchless orders from customers to maximize operational efficiency.
Conduct a value stream map of an order from order acquisition to delivery
Support annual customer survey including provide feedback analysis and the development action plans.
Evaluate and implement the customer portal as a self-service tool for customers.
Assist to reduce overall inventory cost by optimizing forecast, providing analysis and provision of customer demand, rigorous monitoring of on-time delivery
Maximize business benefit by developing and implementing the right Customer Care strategies that leverage on Firmenich capabilities
Participate and represent the region in global Customer Experience projects.
