• Conduct survey interviews to collect timely and reliable data for national statistical information * Response to survey enquiries via inbound calls and emails * Reach out to the respondents Conduct survey interviews to collect timely and reliable data for national statistical information Response to survey enquiries via inbound calls and emails Reach out to the respondents via outbound calls and field visits to assist them to complete the survey Facilitate survey administration and conduct data validation on completed surveys to ensure data is accurate and reliable Make calls out to respondents to verify and clarify data Understand the surveys and Singapore standard classification by successfully complete the training provided Explain survey objectives and procedures to respondent on the confidential database to be extracted Interpret survey questions to help respondents' comprehension Compile, record, input results and data from interview surveys into the system Ensure that the given KPI are always being met Reporting location: Either Clarke Quay/Chinatown or Novena Working Hours: Between 9am-9pm (Rotational Shift across Monday - Sunday) How to Apply: If you are organised, meticulous, adapt well to changes and more importantly, believe that YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE, we would like to hear from you.
