JOB DESCRIPTIONData Handover Synthesis:

Assist in collecting and organizing relevant data serving unit Hanover progress from various departments (Project, Contractors, Sales..).
Synthesize this data into meaningful insights or reports for team weekly/ monthly meeting.

Reporting on CFU KPI Performance:

Collaborate with managers and team members to gather key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer focus.
Prepare monthly reports summarizing CFU performance metrics.

Customer Journey Process Implementation:

Coordinate with stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure smooth implementation of the customer journey process.
Support any necessary adjustments or improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Handover Scheduling:

Work closely with relevant departments to schedule and facilitate smooth handovers.
Ensure timely communication and coordination during transitions.
