Role ResponsibilitiesRole Mission:
The GTR Shopper Marketing Manager position is responsible for best-in-class shopper marketing, activation, and category management for Southeast Asia South Korea and Oceania. The role must collaborate with both Brand Marketing and Commercial contacts to execute our strategic and channel objectives in alignment with the global brand plans.
The role will require a relentless focus on creating and deploying full 360 campaigns driven by shopper centricity to excite, engage and convert shoppers to purchase both in-store and online. He/she will also support the premiumization across multiple touchpoints to ensure the continual elevation of brand execution and shopper experience.
Qualifications
University degree
5+ years of trade/customer/shopper/consumer marketing experience
Strong business acumen, analytical and organization skills
Good interpersonal and collaborative skills
Relentless focus on best-in-class execution
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
Customer and results-oriented
Strong understanding of the Chinese and Indian passengers
