Field Marketing Manager, SEADuration: 7 Months Contract
Working Schedule: Hybrid model
Working Hours: Regular working hours (9 AM - 6 PM)
Company: MNC TechRole Description:As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be a key business leader responsible for executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth for the client for Education products in South East Asia. This role involves working with a cross-functional team across sales, communications, legal, and product departments to shape the market roadmap and support marketing initiatives.Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of education marketing in South East Asia, including event planning, program development, asset creation, communications, and execution across all channels.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the industry, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform marketing events and programs.
• Ensure marketing assets and narratives are relevant and optimized for Education sales and partners, including pitch decks, demos, and training materials.
• Manage complex projects, budgets, and oversee agencies to create high-quality marketing events and programs for education decision-makers.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of field marketing experience, including significant experience in event management, growth marketing, and campaign management.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong business English written and verbal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders from various teams, time zones, and functions.
• Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of thinking big while paying attention to details.
• Thought leader with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with education technology or in public sector marketing will be a plus.
