Job Description

  • Min 3 years experience in Customer Quality Role
  • ISO9001/IATF16949 quality management system
  • SPC knowledge, statistical analysis tool e.g Minitab, JMP etc
  • Salary: Up to $5,200 - based on experience

Responsibilities:

Ability to engage, negotiate and answer customer requests and align on quality expectations. Proficient in 8D problem solving methodology

Determining, negotiate and agree on in house quality procedures, standards and specifications.

Align customer requirements and ensuring internal gaps are closed. Able to travel within the SE Asia and APEC region.

Investigating customer feedback/complaints and monitor KPI & BBSC e.g customer complaint rate/COPQ etc

Coordinate customer audit, follow up on audit report/closure

Prepare weekly/monthly customer reports, quality survey, PPAP, VDA audit for PDP
