Your new company
My client is a leading chocolate manufacturer with an aim to bring in premium-made chocolate to the world. Their business has expanded to the global market over the years and they are constantly looking to accelerate their growth through by keeping up with the evolving trends. To support their growth and expansion, they are looking for a Customer Relation & Shipping Documentation Executive to join the team! Located in the West. This is a 1-year contract renewable role.
Your new role
- Provide customer service and sales support and ensuring that all the products and enquiries are handled properly
- In charge of order processing and any related applications
- Work closely and coordinating with other departments and cross-functions to resolve any customers' disputes and identification of the root causes
- Responsible for any export documentations and LC negotiation
- Ensure all the shipments sent are accurately recorded and aligned with the regulations and guidelines provided
What you'll need to succeed
- Diploma in Logistics or related
- At least 3 years of working experience in logistics or shipping
- Knowledge of LC negotiation is required
- Proficient in MS Office and an experience in AX system will be a bonus
- Background in F&B industry will be an advantage
- Proactive and ability to work in a fast pace environment
