Must be a graduate of four(4) year business related course with at least one (1) year experienced.1. Interacts with customers in behalf of the company.2. Acts as front-liners for customer concerns/complaints and needs.3. Data gathering of customer feedback to inform the company of its market position by conducting after service calls (voc) and the like.4. Monitors implementation of CS standards and CS activities.5. Update CRO's for critical concerns requiring immediate assistance.6. Coordinates with different departments for immediate resolution of customer concerns.7. Attends DTI mediation, takes minutes of the meeting and prepares update for every case.8. Safekeeping of database and confidential documents.9. Sends communication to customers and negotiates for immediate resolution of concern.10. Handles reportorial jobs and check clerical jobs.11. Collects and tally internal surveys and external evaluation on all branches.12. Enforces CS policies and procedures to all employees and customers.13.
