Conduct regular visits to wards to check on patient\'s well-beings/ address requests/ potential feedbacks/ complaints
To be able to provide service recovery for potential feedback/ complaints that are addressed
Redirect patients based on mitigating routes during different phases of renovation/ lift prioritization based on an emergency matrix
Escalate crucial issues to Service Executive if beyond scope for service recovery
Report and track patients whom service recovery has been provided to
Training of new incoming staff
Overseeing the ambassadors
Requirements:
Minimally ITE with customer service/management experience
Able to start work on short notice
