Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular visits to wards to check on patient\'s well-beings/ address requests/ potential feedbacks/ complaints
  • To be able to provide service recovery for potential feedback/ complaints that are addressed
  • Redirect patients based on mitigating routes during different phases of renovation/ lift prioritization based on an emergency matrix
  • Escalate crucial issues to Service Executive if beyond scope for service recovery
  • Report and track patients whom service recovery has been provided to
  • Training of new incoming staff
  • Overseeing the ambassadors
Requirements:
  • Minimally ITE with customer service/management experience
  • Able to start work on short notice
