Customer Relations Executive (Service Ambassador)

6 months contract renewable !

Location: Orchard

Salary : Below 3.2k

Working hours: 5 day work week office hours (any 5 days from mon-sun)

The Service Ambassador will assist patients and visitors with all enquiries, follow up on inpatient service feedbacks and bridge all service lapses. They will delight the patient whenever possible. In addition, the Service Ambassador will redirect patients of Mount Elizabeth Hospital during Project R renovation based on re-routing plans. They will also proactively engage patients on periodic rounds to address potential feedback / complaints and conduct service recovery when needed.
