The Job:
Manage and enhance customer relations
Attend professionally to customers\' needs and queries
Operate independently with minimal supervision (Training provided)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
The Talent:
Diploma in any discipline
Able to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
Experience working in call centre or customer service industry
Comfortable working on weekends when neccessary (Off on Public Holidays)
