The Opportunity: * Permanent Role | Tanjong Pagar

  • Office Hours (8.30am-6pm), off on public holidays
  • Basic up to S$2,700 + Allowances + AWS + VB

The Job:
  • Manage and enhance customer relations
  • Attend professionally to customers\' needs and queries
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision (Training provided)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
The Talent:
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Able to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
  • Experience working in call centre or customer service industry
  • Comfortable working on weekends when neccessary (Off on Public Holidays)
