Main Duties and Responsibilities - With Supervisory Role



Raeburn Park and Amber - Operations / Maintenance



Check in/out of guests (liaise with Sales team). Follow up on maintenance issues raise. Ie. Power Trip, Fire Alarm, Lift breakdown, Air-con breakdown, Water supply disruption. Actively update in the chat group.*
Attend to tenant's complaint, action and follow-up. Routine maintenance inspection. Liaise with Management Agent / Contractors / Back office. Assists with the viewing of potential client. Keep record of the fire safety equipment (Alarm Panel, Fire hose reel, Fire extinguishers). Prompt Joan on the next servicing of this equipment. Attend to Fire Alarm beeping which indicate batteries replacement. Any Ad-hoc - ie assists contractor onsite, moving furniture (change of bed configuration)

Condo units - Operations / Maintenance



Check in/out of guests Follow up on maintenance issues raised Ie. Power Trip, Fire Alarm, Lift breakdown, Air-con breakdown, Water supply disruption. For all Condo units please report to Joan via the chat group*
Attend to tenant's complain, action it and follow up. Routine maintenance inspection Assists with viewing of potential client Assists in purchasing of procurements Arrange remedial/maintenance works for smooth handover of condo units. Any Ad-hoc work

+ assists contractor onsite, logistic arrangement
+ store room management

In-charge of:



General air con maintenance. Delegate maintenance issues to relevant


department personnel. ISA do our own aircon servicing.


Representative of fire alarm.


Handle electrical tripping issue out of work hour.


Assists with plumbing work issue out of work hour.


As an emergency contact




Housekeeping Supervisor



Prepare daily housekeeping schedules.


Spot check at random apartment/studio/hotel room that are cleaned by housekeepers


Ensure thorough cleaning done for handover of apartments


Assists housekeeping cleaning or laundry (short of manpower)





In-charge of Igloohome App Interlock



Delete or add in master card


Programming of door cards





In-charge of Door locks for Amber Property



Programming of door cards


Change battery for lockset
