Information:

• Working hours: 8 hours per day
• Working days: 5 days
• Location: Bugis

Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for guests visiting the spa.
• Greet them warmly, provide them with any necessary information, and make them feel comfortable.
• Responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and booking appointments.
• Manage the spa\'s appointment calendar, ensuring that all appointments are booked accurately and efficiently.
• Responsible for addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, and resolving any issues that arise.
• Manage payments and billing, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Responsible for providing information on the spa\'s services and products, including prices, availability, and benefits.
• Responsible for handling administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork, updating client records, and managing inventory.
