Responsible for the effective management and operation of Patients\xe2\x80\x99 Registration counters including billings, financial counselling and collection matters.
Process, respond to requests and handles all general enquiries & feedbacks received from patients
Answer incoming telephone calls from patients, clinics and other organizations and deal with enquiries providing non-clinical advice and information.
Perform chaperon activities in the absence of the porter. Provide a wheelchair to the patients where and when necessary.
Job Requirement
At least 1 years\' experience in a customer service role preferably in a hospital environment
Pleasant personality and service oriented
Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Team player
5 days work week (Any 5 days in the week which including Weekends & PHs)
Working hours:
Shift 1 : 7:00am to 4:30pm ; or
Shift 2: 10:00 am to 7:30pm; or
shift 3: 12pm to 9:30pm
Occasionally needs to cover night team when down with manpower Night Shift : 9:00 pm to 7.30 am
