Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth delivery process between customer and internal.
- Identify and assess customers\' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Processing orders, purchase order, delivery note, weekly report and monthly report.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- NITEC / Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in Order Fulfilment / Operations Management.
- Comfortable in interfacing with suppliers and customers.
- Prior experience in SAP will be advantageous.
- Able to commence employment at a short notice will be advantageous.
- Working Location: Ubi.
