Job Summary:

\xc2\xb7 Rotating shift

\xc2\xb7 Location: Ubi

Job Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Liaising with different parties

\xc2\xb7 Attend to customer\'s queries, feedback and complaints

\xc2\xb7 Monitor incident queues and work with operational team

\xc2\xb7 Perform investigation

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and track manpower deployment
