Job Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Interacts with customers through phone to provide effective service to every customer by building a personal relationship with each caller, using the appropriate skills, tools and techniques for their requirement and ensuring that each call is either closed or escalated within the agreed timescales by owning each call. \xc2\xb7 Key Roles & Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Provide quality customer service to customers either by telephone or electronically \xc2\xb7 Respond and follow up promptly to customer enquiries \xc2\xb7 Handle and resolve complex cases to ensure customer satisfaction \xc2\xb7 Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support. \xc2\xb7 Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints \xc2\xb7 Follow Standard Operating Procedures closely. \xc2\xb7 Work as a team and ensure that the contact centre service level is met. \xc2\xb7 Any other tasks assigned.
