Customer Service Account Manager – Marine Engine Services

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and grow key customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and support. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service requests with professionalism and urgency. Promote the company's marine engine repair, servicing, and spares supply capabilities to both existing and prospective clients. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery and troubleshooting support. Coordinate and follow up on service jobs, parts delivery, and customer satisfaction metrics. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and identify new business opportunities. Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing to align efforts in driving business growth. Maintain detailed and organized customer records, quotations, and correspondence. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.

Requirements:



Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in customer account management, preferably within the marine, engineering, or related industrial sectors. Solid understanding of marine engine systems, servicing workflows, and spare parts supply chain is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first mindset. Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and project coordination. * Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
