Customer Service Advisor

Location: Senoko Road (Woodlands area)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30AM - 5.30PM, Alternate Sat 8.30AM - 12.30PM
Salary: Basic up to $2,800 + Variable Bonuses
Responsibilities
- Responding to customers\' queries and needs
- Handle customers\' complaints and provide solutions or alternatives, escalate pressing issues to Supervisor
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide simple quotation to customers
- Liaise with external vendors on service/repair quality, price, and timeline to update customers accordingly
- Min. 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service with familiarity in in-house systems/software.
- Proficiency in MS Office
