7am is a hair salon that ensures our client\'s hair looks good in-store and at-home, at 7am. We are located in a shophouse along the culturally vibrant and quaint duxton road.
Are you a motivated and service-oriented individual looking to join a dynamic team in the beauty industry? 7am is seeking a Customer Service Intern to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities:
- Attend to front desk phone calls and ensure complete customer satisfaction on social media platforms.
- Organize and schedule customer appointments.
- Warmly welcome and acknowledge guests.
- Assist with pre and post-consultation inquiries.
- Manage inventory and purchase necessary retail and salon-use stocks.
- Follow up regularly with customers to maintain high levels of customer care.
- Maintain salon cleanliness and safety standards.
- Support with ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
- Possess a service-oriented and positive attitude.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Prior experience in hair and beauty preferred, but training will be provided.
- Comfortable with retail operational hours, including weekends and public holidays.
