7am is a hair salon that ensures our client\'s hair looks good in-store and at-home, at 7am. We are located in a shophouse along the culturally vibrant and quaint duxton road.



Are you a motivated and service-oriented individual looking to join a dynamic team in the beauty industry? 7am is seeking a Customer Service Intern to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities:

  • Attend to front desk phone calls and ensure complete customer satisfaction on social media platforms.
  • Organize and schedule customer appointments.
  • Warmly welcome and acknowledge guests.
  • Assist with pre and post-consultation inquiries.
  • Manage inventory and purchase necessary retail and salon-use stocks.
  • Follow up regularly with customers to maintain high levels of customer care.
  • Maintain salon cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Support with ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Possess a service-oriented and positive attitude.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Prior experience in hair and beauty preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Comfortable with retail operational hours, including weekends and public holidays.
