About the Role



We're looking for a

Customer Service & E-Commerce Support Executive

to join our team.
You'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive prompt and friendly assistance across all online platforms -- from handling enquiries to coordinating orders, exchanges, and back-office support tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who is

organized, responsible, and customer-focused

, with an interest in beauty, skincare, or online shopping operations.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Support (Online & WhatsApp)



Respond to customer enquiries via

WhatsApp, email, Shopify inbox, Shopee, Lazada, or social media messages

. Provide accurate product, order, and shipping information in a professional and friendly manner. Assist with order status updates, exchange/refund requests, and post-purchase support. Track and record customer interactions to ensure proper follow-up.

Order & Fulfilment Coordination



Review and verify daily online orders from Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada. Liaise with warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely packing and delivery. Check for payment confirmation, address accuracy, and order notes before fulfilment. Update customers on delivery issues, delays, or courier tracking information when necessary.

Administrative Support



Assist in

data entry, filing, and documentation

for orders, invoices, and returns. Support marketing and operations teams with

promotional campaigns, vouchers, or bundle set coordination

. Help maintain inventory accuracy and product listings (stock count, labelling, product updates). Handle

ad-hoc administrative tasks

such as preparing order summaries or courier claim reports.

Requirements



Nitec / Diploma or higher

, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields. At least 2

year of experience

in customer service, e-commerce operations, or administrative support. Strong written and spoken English (Mandarin is a plus for liaising with customers/vendors).

Meticulous, organized, and proactive

with good problem-solving skills. Comfortable using online platforms like

Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and Gmail

. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

2,200 - 3,000/month
