Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to hotline calls, emails, and walk-ins
  • Process orders and enrolments of new customers
  • Prepare daily sales reports and check invoices for accuracy
  • Assist with merchandise and spare parts purchases
  • File documents and conduct daily stock counts
  • Coordinate with couriers to ensure timely delivery
  • Receive stock, arrange in warehouse, and replenish inventory
  • Provide after-sales service (repair) and handle customer enquiries
  • Pack stock for deliveries and issue products to customers
  • Prepare inventory reports and perform other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or sales administration
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • MS Office Skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
