Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure optimum advise and customer care quality for Service customers.
• To contribute sales growth of the Auto Service Section
• To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• To carry out service advise at the car together with the customer at the appointed location; fault diagnosis
• To organize test drivers to ensure validity of as and when available but not limiting him/herself.
• To ensure that all daily collection and delivery are scheduled accordingly.
• Responsible and approve the complete and correct invoicing for services.
• To arrange final approval with test drive and check of invoice.
• To hand over the car to the customer with proper explanation of the work done and invoice.
• To ensure that date captured/ recorded of customers are accurate
• To make cost estimates taking all-in-prices and maintenance (in accordance with the current value) into account.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business administration or equivalent.
• With 3 years of working experience in automobile workshop is advantage.
• Must be comfortable to commence 5.5 days per week.
• Excellent communication skills
