Job Description

• 5 Days a week including weekends
• At least 2 days of weekends off in a month
• Office hours - 8am-5.30pm/8.30am-6pm
• Nearby Tanjong Pagar MRT station

• Attend to telephone, email, and live chat inquiries effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to understand customers\' needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
• Access to various service portals to retrieve the required information.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels
• Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction

Requirements

• No experience are welcome to apply to junior role.
• Good communication skills.
• Comfortable on weekends
