Job Description



  • Responsible for daily intake of motorcycles for servicing, insurance claim as well as handling Authority bikes
  • Advise customer on necessary repair & maintenance including cost / estimate.
  • Assist other Customer Service Advisors especially during peak hours and to cope with high volume.
  • Ensuring and upholding the service image at all times.
  • Assisting in achieving higher service levels through various action plans constantly implemented.
  • Assisting a group of front counter staff and maintaining their team spirits and positive thinking and teamwork.
  • Ensuring administration work is done promptly in terms of warranty claims, internal account, WIP reports, cash debtors, monthly target of various scores, etc.
  • Follow up closely on back -order parts in scheduling service appointment and keep customer update on service and the delivery date for job completion .
  • Take ownership of the customer\xe2\x80\x99s experience by returning live service calls and carrying out those additional assignments that create strong customer relationships.
  • Need to be proficient in using computers and various software programs to perform the necessary job duties.
  • have strong interpersonal skills and be a self-starter, problem solver, critical thinker, and able to assist others when needed.
  • Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate Supervisor or higher management.
