Responsible for daily intake of motorcycles for servicing, insurance claim as well as handling Authority bikes
Advise customer on necessary repair & maintenance including cost / estimate.
Assist other Customer Service Advisors especially during peak hours and to cope with high volume.
Ensuring and upholding the service image at all times.
Assisting in achieving higher service levels through various action plans constantly implemented.
Assisting a group of front counter staff and maintaining their team spirits and positive thinking and teamwork.
Ensuring administration work is done promptly in terms of warranty claims, internal account, WIP reports, cash debtors, monthly target of various scores, etc.
Follow up closely on back -order parts in scheduling service appointment and keep customer update on service and the delivery date for job completion .
Take ownership of the customer\xe2\x80\x99s experience by returning live service calls and carrying out those additional assignments that create strong customer relationships.
Need to be proficient in using computers and various software programs to perform the necessary job duties.
have strong interpersonal skills and be a self-starter, problem solver, critical thinker, and able to assist others when needed.
Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate Supervisor or higher management.
