• Attend to all requests from customers for modification, repair and maintenance jobs
• Make professional and appropriate repair recommendations to customers on necessary or additional jobs
• Administer all documentation pertaining to costing, claims and vehicle history files
• Assist customers in checking-in their vehicles
• Promote customers’ relation and ensure customers’ satisfaction on all jobs or enquiries
• Attend to phone calls from customers
• Any other duty assigned by supervisor from time-to-time

• Possess minimum 3 years of working experience in motorsports or automobile repairs
• Able to provide technical advice on performance vehicle repairs and is knowledgeable about repair estimates
• Experience in troubleshooting basic faults and problems of vehicles
• Willing to work on Saturdays (half day)
